Here, we practice an owner’s mindset when admiring our products, social projects, and brand value. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage safety in logistics areas, promoting preventive actions to mitigate occupational risks. * Monitor and analyze accident, incident, near-miss, and non-conformance indicators; prepare analytical reports and management summaries. * Conduct safety inspections, internal audits, and verifications of compliance with OSH legal requirements. * Lead investigations of occupational and environmental accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Assess processes, facilities, and operational activities to identify physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, and accident-related risks. * Develop, monitor, and review prevention programs, with emphasis on the Risk Management Program (RMP). * Plan and deliver technical SSMA training, including PPE usage, regulatory standards, working at heights, forklift and pallet truck operation, fire fighting, and first aid. * Organize, train, and supervise the Emergency Brigade, conducting meetings, practical training, and emergency simulations. * Carry out preventive interactions and direct guidance to employees, promoting safe daily behavior. * Collect data, build technical reports and analyses to support decision-making and continuous improvement. * Propose improvements to SSMA processes and practices, reinforcing safety culture. * Implement and promote conscious consumption and natural resource conservation practices, in accordance with corporate policies and emergency procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Education in Occupational Safety; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (STE); * Experience as a trainer for Regulatory Standards (NR), especially: NR-4 (SESMT), NR-5 (CIPA), NR-6 (PPE), NR-9 (RMP), NR-12 (Machine and Equipment Safety). * Development, management, and monitoring of the RMP. **Worth noting:** Working hours from 08:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday **Additional Information** If you possess the above experience and competencies, we are looking for a professional like you!
