Job description and responsibilities * **General maintenance:** Assists in electrical, hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry maintenance services. * **Repairs:** Performs repairs on cracks and fractures, fixes furniture, ceilings, doors, and windows. * **Installations:** Accompanies and assists in the inspection and repair of hydraulic installations, such as unclogging drains, sinks, and toilets. * **Cleaning and organization:** Cleans and organizes work areas after maintenance services, removing debris and waste. * **Material conservation:** Ensures the proper care and preservation of tools, equipment, and materials used in maintenance. * **Inventory control:** May manage the inventory of materials, parts, and tools, recording their movement. * **Safety and environment:** Complies with occupational safety and environmental protection regulations.
