Job Summary: A maintenance professional responsible for inspecting, improving, and ensuring the quality of services performed on machines and equipment, while keeping the workshop organized. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with maintenance of injection molding and plastic blow molding machines is a plus. 2. Knowledge of electrical controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs. 3. Study grant and career development plan available. **Responsibilities:** Inspect machines and equipment; identify and implement improvements to equipment; maintain custody of all company tools and equipment; keep the workshop and tools clean and organized; ensure service quality in machine maintenance. **Requirements:** Technical education in mechanical, electrical, electronics, or related fields; experience with maintenance of injection molding and plastic blow molding machines; knowledge of electrical controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC programming, digital electronics, electronics, etc.; residence in Pedreira or nearby cities. **Salary:** To be discussed **Benefits:** Commuter bus (Pedreira) or transportation allowance (other cities); food basket or meal card; profit-sharing program (PLR); study grant; career development plan; dental plan; partnerships and agreements with: medical clinic, pharmacy, stationery store, MB products, recreational club, gyms, colleges and educational institutions \& language schools **Working Hours:** Second shift, Monday to Friday from 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM, and Saturdays from 10:10 AM to 3:00 PM\.
