Support members in making decisions about financial products and services, creating financial strategies, and generating positive impact within the community. **Member Portfolio Management:** Be responsible for managing and developing a predominantly *agribusiness* member portfolio, adhering to the commercial schedule. Present financial solutions tailored to members' needs. Monitor portfolio performance indicators and develop strategies for maintenance and growth, aligned with strategic planning goals. **Customer Service and Prospecting:** Prospect new members, seeking to understand their business activities. Introduce Sicredi through external visits, providing differentiated service. **Digital Facilitator:** Assist members with their "digital inclusion." Act as an agent of change by guiding members to use digital services effectively. **Collections:** Perform collections activities for delinquent accounts according to negotiation timelines, control portfolio debt levels, and develop resolution measures. **Be a promoter of the cooperative movement.** **Participation in fairs, events, and leading external relationship-building initiatives.** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree; * CPA\-20 certification required (**External candidates**: must obtain certification within 120 days. **Internal candidates**: must already hold CPA\-20); * Valid Class B driver's license (CNH B); * Experience in customer service, preferably in financial institutions; * Familiarity with financial products and services is desirable; * Ability to travel within the branch's operational region; * Residing in **Andradas/MG** or nearby cities is desirable. **Additional Information** The **ANBIMA** certification CPA\-20 is an important requirement for this role.
