Make adjustments to equipment and processes, performing setups and monitoring operational parameters according to defined standards, ensuring production compliance. Start up equipment and peripherals at the beginning of the shift or as required by production demand, ensuring proper system operation. Perform Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) routines, ensuring maintenance of equipment and production process efficiency. Carry out low-complexity autonomous maintenance tasks, such as lubrication and basic adjustments on equipment and machines. Observe and identify operational anomalies, reporting deviations and suggesting improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational failures. Propose and initiate tags related to quality, maintenance, environment, and safety according to identified anomalies. Complete and review daily checklists for areas, processes, and equipment, ensuring operational compliance. Perform cleaning of production areas and equipment as per planning and production demands. Execute activities related to quality control routines, following established norms and standards. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines, ensuring compliance of production processes. Properly dispose of reprocessing materials and perform adequate equipment cleaning according to internal standards. Physically and systemically block and communicate non-conforming products, preventing their use or improper dispatch. Apply procedures established in the Technical Process Standard (TPP), ensuring standardization and quality of operations.
