




**Department / Location** Maintenance Industrial Production **Job Objective** Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial machines and equipment, ensuring continuous operation of plastic production lines, equipment integrity, and operational safety. **Main Responsibilities and Duties** Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on extruders, calenders, winders, conveyors, and other industrial equipment. Diagnose mechanical failures and propose quick solutions to minimize production downtime. Adjust, lubricate, replace, and calibrate parts and components of industrial machines. Support installation and commissioning of new equipment or production lines. Record interventions, work orders, and incidents in the internal system. Collaborate with operators and production team to identify mechanical issues and process adjustments. Ensure compliance with safety standards, proper use of PPE, and internal procedures. Participate in technical training and continuous improvement initiatives. **Entry Requirements** Technical education in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Automation, or related fields. Prior experience in industrial mechanical maintenance, preferably in the plastics industry. Knowledge of reading technical drawings, mechanical schematics, and work instructions. Ability to autonomously diagnose and resolve mechanical failures. Full-time availability. **Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies** Maintenance of industrial equipment: motors, gearboxes, conveyors, rollers, and extruders. Proficiency in machine adjustment, calibration, alignment, and lubrication. Diagnosis and resolution of mechanical failures in continuous production lines. Teamwork, organization, and discipline. Strict adherence to safety standards and operational procedures.
