We are looking for an HR Analyst to join our team and work onsite in Itapira/SP.
Your main responsibilities here will include:
Conducting internal and external recruitment and selection processes
Administering and evaluating psychological assessments with clinical and technical insight
Supporting development, training, and onboarding programs
Actively participating in organizing HR training sessions, events, and initiatives
Updating internal reports and controls
Monitoring internship and apprenticeship programs
Managing job classification and compensation programs
Supporting initiatives for prevention and combating moral, sexual, and/or virtual harassment
Participating in performance evaluation and team development
You’ll stand out if you have:
Experience with psychosocial assessments (NR\-20, NR\-33, and NR\-35\)
Practical experience in training and development
Strong communication and active listening skills
Ability to handle multiple demands and simultaneous projects
