Job Summary: We are seeking a Card Operator to acquire customers and promote sales of financial products and services (credit cards, insurance, and loans). Key Highlights: 1. Banking certification provided by the company We are hiring for the Atacadão store in Mogi Mirim, Monday through Saturday from 12:00 PM to 8:20 PM. We seek a communicative candidate, as the operator will work at Atacadão, approaching customers to offer our credit cards, insurance, and loans. The operator will have a performance target, and their results will be evaluated accordingly. They will also have access to an e-learning platform and on-the-job training to guide and train new card operators. Salary: R$2\.471,00; statutory benefits including subsidized public transportation (6% employee contribution), on-site cafeteria, 13th salary, paid vacation, co-payment health plan, dental plan, and 14th salary. Additionally, we offer exclusive position benefits \- card operators who meet their targets earn points redeemable for online or in-person vouchers (e.g., Shopee, CVC, restaurants, etc.); each point equals R$1.00, and operators may earn up to 260 points monthly. Operators without prior banking certification will also receive one valid for five years.
