We are looking for committed, organized professionals who enjoy teamwork to join our team as a **Kitchen Assistant**. ### **Work Schedule:** **5 days on / 2 days off, with flexibility to work weekends as required by operational demand.** ### **Available Shifts:** ### **6:00 AM to 3:48 PM** ### **2:30 PM to 12:01 AM** ### **7:00 PM to 4:05 AM** **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in food preparation and organization; * Clean, cut, and portion food items (vegetables, meats, grains, etc.); * Separate ingredients according to technical sheets and menu; * Perform proper refrigerated thawing of food items; * Maintain kitchen and workplace organization and hygiene; * Assist in cleaning and maintaining utensils and equipment; * Perform other duties related to the position. **✅ Requirements:** * Prior experience in kitchen operations is preferred; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Organization, commitment, and responsibility; * Availability to work during the stated shifts and flexibility to work weekends. **Join a company that values people, quality, and excellence!** **Grow with Exal – Excellence in Food Services and Facilities.
