Job Summary: Professional required to perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on boiler equipment, carrying out preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, as well as proposing improvements to systems and equipment. Propose improvements to equipment and maintenance plans **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday \- Business hours **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT * Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on boiler equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation. * Carry out preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance according to schedules and emergent needs. * Conduct periodic inspections of central systems and equipment lubrication. * Respond to emergency requests and supervise third-party services. * Prepare technical reports of performed activities. * Work on low- and medium-voltage electrical panels, automation systems, frequency inverters, soft starters, and communication modules. * Propose improvements to equipment and maintenance plans. * Responsible for the Motor Control Center (MCC) and building electrical maintenance. Record maintenance orders (time, materials, and activities). * **Requirements:** * Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrician training, or related fields. * Proven experience in electrical maintenance and practical knowledge in mechanical maintenance. * Knowledge of electrical panels. * Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and with a results-oriented focus. * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
