Job Summary: We are seeking a construction helper for general tasks, assisting in the preparation of materials and equipment, and performing cleaning and site organization duties. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: * Assist with general construction activities as directed by the site supervisor or foreman; * Support the preparation of materials, tools, and equipment; * Transport materials within the construction site; * Perform cleaning and site organization tasks; * Assist with manual excavation, concrete pouring, and assembly/disassembly of structures; * Support specialized professionals (e.g., masons, carpenters, steel fixers); * Ensure workplace safety by adhering to company guidelines and regulations. Requirements: * Completed elementary education (preferred); * Prior construction experience is a plus; * Physical stamina and willingness to learn; * Commitment and responsibility.
