Will manage item and structure registration within the TOTVS Datasul ERP system, monitoring deadlines, workflows, and compliance with internal processes. Will perform critical analysis of equipment composition, interpreting technical drawings and engineering documentation, ensuring that structures accurately reflect developed designs. Will also be responsible for developing and applying process optimization tools, utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) resources to accelerate and automate tasks, managing project files, proposing improvements in data management, and providing technical support and training to the engineering team, directly contributing to operational efficiency, reliability, and agility. **Requirements and qualifications*** Education: Completed high school; * Preferred: Technical course in Administration, Mechanics, or related fields; * Preferred: Experience with TOTVS Datasul ERP; * Advanced Excel skills; * Knowledge in reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Application of digital tools and AI for routine optimization.
