




Job Summary: A professional responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering and transferring calls, delivering messages, and assisting both clinical staff and patients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage appointments and telephone services. 2. Support communication among clients, clinical staff, and departments. 3. Propose improvements and ensure workplace safety. Schedule appointments; Answer internal/external calls and transfer them to the requested departments; Deliver messages from clients to clinical staff; Request prescriptions, exam orders, reports, and medical findings from clinical staff via intranet; Confirm first-time appointments one day prior to the scheduled visit; if necessary Monitor delays in medical appointments and treatment progress during service delivery; if necessary. Perform other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor; Comply with occupational safety regulations established by the company. Request administrative management to provide the client/family member with a copy of the medical record or RXT technical sheet, if requested; Notify the nursing department via Intranet if the patient reports having questions or experiencing side effects; Report incidents through the "Comunique Aqui" system; Identify and propose improvements within the assigned department, and remain vigilant regarding new situations in processes that may pose risks; Submit maintenance requests (facilities / IT) through the module available in the Oncominas System; Send messages via the Oncominas System, linking the patient to clinical staff, to clarify doubts, request prescriptions, order exams, etc.; Receive documents and exams from clients/patients via WhatsApp and archive them digitally;
