* Carry out payroll calculation activities, advances, pro-labore and commissions, registering, importing and updating values and entries, verifying calculations, as well as arranging for the issuance of reports and digital files to comply with employee payment routines. • Carry out employee contract termination activities, registering, calculating and verifying amounts, issuing legal documents to formalize termination and make payments in accordance with labor legislation. • Carry out payroll charge collection activities, verifying amounts, generating collection slips, as well as forwarding them for payment to meet labor obligations. * Carry out communication activities with government agencies (e.g., Social Connectivity, e-Social, etc.), generating and verifying data in digital files, as well as submitting information via specific systems to comply with labor obligations. • Carry out trade union contribution control activities, analyzing collective bargaining agreements, arranging calculations, payroll deductions and payment slips to comply with collective agreements. • Provide employee support regarding personnel matters, providing information, clarifying doubts and guiding employees to properly follow people management procedures. * Carry out benefit provision activities, registering and updating employee data in the system, verifying and arranging monthly purchases, as well as forwarding for payment to make benefits available to employees. * Carry out attendance control verification and closing activities, reviewing justifications for absences, late arrivals and overtime hours, issuing reports and requesting managers to make corrections when necessary, to forward correct amounts for payroll entries. * Preferred qualification: knowledge of APDATA Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
