Communication skills and analytical mindset. **PROTHEUS SYSTEMS SPECIALIST** **Summary:** Responsible for installing, configuring (parameterizing), and training users on specific ERP modules (e.g., finance, inventory, billing, procurement, and other areas); mapping business processes, adapting the system to the company's business rules, and ensuring successful production go-live. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze the client's current processes and design how they will operate within Protheus. * Configure module parameters, tables, fields, and specific routines. * Train *key users* and end users on the usage of the implemented module. * Validate with the client that the system meets requirements prior to production go-live. * Support users post-implementation to resolve questions and issues. * Map customization requirements. **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis or Technology-related fields. **Experience:** * Solid experience with the TOTVS Protheus tool. **Technical Competencies:** * In-depth knowledge of business rules in your area of expertise (e.g., Tax, Accounting, Procurement). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, and interpersonal relationship skills. **Other Requirements:** * SQL Server knowledge for data analysis is desirable. **Benefits:** * To be negotiated.
