Perform labor calculations (e.g., contract terminations, vacations, 13th salary, wages, payroll charges, benefits, etc.) and social security/tax calculations (e.g., INSS, IRRF, DIRF) at low-to-medium complexity levels, along with related verifications, supporting accounting integration. Issue, verify, and send payment receipts (pay slips). Advise clients regarding doubts, calculations, procedures, current regulations and legislation, and collective bargaining agreements. ### **Prerequisites** Prior experience in the HR department is essential for this position.
