Opportunity to develop agility and teamwork. **Position: Industrial Painting Assistant (Metalworking – Powder Coating)** **Job Description:** Responsible for assisting in electrostatic powder coating operations, supporting part preparation, sector organization, and ensuring materials are ready for painting according to company quality and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing metal surfaces (cleaning, degreasing, and organizing parts); * Hang and remove parts from the painting line; * Stock the area with required materials (paints, hooks, supports, etc.); * Support the painter in operating the electrostatic spray gun when necessary; * Assist in controlling part entry and exit from the curing oven; * Perform simple visual inspections of parts to identify potential defects; * Sort finished parts and forward them to the next process; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Follow safety regulations and properly use PPE. **Requirements/Competencies:** * Prior industrial experience preferred; * Agility and willingness to perform operational tasks; * Attention to detail and organizational skills; * Teamwork orientation; Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: R$1.800,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Life insurance * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
