After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who firmly believe in the words of its founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Propose improvement actions to reduce and eliminate raw material deviations throughout the production chain; * Control production costs and expenses; * Monitor execution of the Preventive Maintenance Plan; * Develop strategies and action plans for route corrections (PDCA); * Manage resources (budget, materials, etc.) to continuously pursue efficiency and continuous improvement; * Ensure excellence in production, maintenance, and support operations, delivering on factory performance indicators and acting as guardian of corporate policies and guidelines at the site. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in People and Production Process Management, Management Methodologies, Continuous Improvement, and Budget Management; * Postgraduate degree in Management or related disciplines; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SAP. **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Health and dental insurance plans. * “Cuidar” Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Christmas basket at year-end and children’s kit for your kids. * Profit Sharing Program (PPR). * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Educary – Education for Youth and Adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub).
