You will have formal registration in your Professional Work Card and also participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge. With a daily workload of 6 hours, you will work 4 days per week at the company and attend theoretical training courses at ESPRO for 1 day per week, making you a distinctive young professional! Working Hours: 08:00–14:00 or 11:00–17:00\- Monday to Friday. Theoretical Training/Course Hours: 08:00 to 14:00\. Initial ESPRO Course Stage: 12 days (Monday to Friday), delivered remotely (EAD). Intermediate ESPRO Course Stage: Once per week, in-person at the ESPRO Amparo branch. Contract Duration: 15 months. The candidate will begin activities at ESPRO in remote (EAD) theoretical training format. They will remain in theoretical training for 12 days. After completion of this initial stage, the candidate will start working at the company and attend ESPRO once per week during the intermediate stage. The intermediate-stage course will be conducted in-person at ESPRO Amparo. **Responsibilities:** Performs administrative support services, assisting in office routine execution, controlling and organizing documentation, supporting document preparation and submission, monitoring administrative processes, and attending to customers and suppliers.
