**About the Opportunity**
We seek a Senior Commercial Consultant to focus on resellers, including **international trade** activities where applicable. The role is responsible for developing relationships, conducting negotiations, registering and tracking orders (domestic and international markets), and driving portfolio performance in collaboration with internal departments.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Serve and develop the reseller and partner portfolio, clarifying inquiries and leading negotiations to increase order volume.
* Register, verify, and track orders in the system (ERP/CRM), ensuring data accuracy, delivery timelines, and commercial terms.
* Support end customers (device sales) and interface with resellers when necessary.
* Support market analysis and generation of portfolio metrics (reports and insights).
* Prepare and verify **export documents** (proforma/commercial invoice, packing list, certificates).
* Request **freight quotations** and coordinate **booking/shipping** with carriers and customs brokers.
* Support **export billing** and **document verification** for shipment.
* Conduct **follow-up** from order placement through delivery, recording incidents in ERP/CRM.
* Develop/update procedures and work instructions, maintaining data and records per quality standards.
* Support junior staff as needed (e.g., coverage during vacations/absences or as directed by management).
**Mandatory Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, International Relations, or related fields.
* Solid commercial/channels experience (resellers/distributors), including negotiation and portfolio development.
* Practical export experience (basic documentation, interaction with customs brokers/carriers, shipment follow-up).
* Experience handling orders and familiarity with billing processes (domestic and international markets).
* Willingness to travel occasionally.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with **SISCOMEX/Single Portal** and monitoring export processes.
* Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with commercial performance metrics (pipeline, conversion rate, average deal size, product mix).
* Knowledge of **ISO 9001/13485** and experience working with procedures/documentation.
* Intermediate English and/or Spanish.
* Experience with CRM systems (e.g., RD Station, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and sales funnels.
