All applications must be submitted exclusively through our official channels. **Responsibilities and duties** * Supervise electrical maintenance activities at the underground mine, ensuring equipment and system availability, reliability, and performance, while guaranteeing operational continuity and adherence to maintenance plans; * Ensure Safety, Health, Environment, and Community (SSMA), promoting a safe working environment, enforcing safety and environmental regulations, identifying unsafe conditions, and eliminating operational risks; * Comply with and enforce safety policies, procedures, and regulations, securing necessary resources for safe execution of electrical maintenance activities; * Manage personnel, participating in internal and external recruitment and selection processes, identifying training needs, technical capacity building, and team development; * Assess risks associated with electrical activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, internal procedures, work permits, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and operational safety standards; * Coordinate electrical maintenance teams, assigning tasks, monitoring service execution, and ensuring productivity, quality, operational discipline, and adherence to safety procedures; * Plan, supervise, and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on fixed equipment, pumping systems, ventilation and exhaust systems, electrical substations, power centers, electrical panels, Motor Control Centers (MCCs), distribution networks, and underground mine electrical infrastructure; * Coordinate activities related to underground mine electrical infrastructure, including laying electrical cables, installing and maintaining electrical panels, lighting circuits, and radio leaky feeder communication systems; * Monitor equipment availability and reliability indicators, performing failure analysis, reducing unplanned downtime, and improving operational performance; * Participate in developing and executing weekly and monthly maintenance plans, as well as scheduled shutdowns, ensuring schedule adherence and optimal use of available resources; * Inspect and monitor services performed by third-party contractors, ensuring technical compliance, service quality, and adherence to safety requirements; * Provide technical support to maintenance teams, overseeing critical services and ensuring reliability and availability of electrical equipment and systems; * Support startup and commissioning of electrical substations and pumping systems; * Perform maintenance, parameterization, and diagnostics of variable frequency drives, especially WEG, Allen\-Bradley, and Schneider Electric equipment; * Possess knowledge of Schneider and Siemens protective relays, including arc flash detection systems; * Possess basic knowledge of installation, configuration, maintenance, and diagnostics of Rockwell Automation Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), including ControlLogix and MicroLogix platforms, using Ladder logic programming; * Possess basic knowledge of configuration and maintenance of industrial networks, including DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, and serial communication (RS232/RS485); * Experience in conventional industrial instrumentation, including level, flow, pressure, and temperature meters, as well as monitoring and maintenance of control loops. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed technical education in Electroelectronics, Electrotechnics, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or related fields; * Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in underground mining operations; * Solid experience in personnel management, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and development of electrical maintenance professionals; * Knowledge of maintenance management, activity planning, and performance indicator tracking; * In-depth knowledge of electrical safety and execution of electrical work, with focus on compliance with regulatory standards, operational procedures, and SSMA practices applied to underground mining environments; * Familiarity with technical and regulatory standards applicable to electrical work, with emphasis on NR\-10, NR\-22, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures; * Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH), category “B”. **Additional information** * Competitive salary * Profit-sharing plan (PLR) * Private pension plan * Medical plan * Dental plan * Life insurance * On-site meals (at operational units) * Meal voucher (at offices) * Food allowance * Transportation assistance * Quality of Life Program * Gympass – Wellhub * Extended maternity and paternity leave (Corporate Citizen policy) * Club membership benefits \- may vary by location * Eyeglass purchase assistance for family members #### **We are ERO, one of Brazil's leading copper and gold producers.** **We belong to a global group headquartered in Canada with a strong presence in Brazil.
