




**Job Objective** Plan, coordinate and supervise logistical and operational activities related to vertical cargo handling, ensuring proper allocation of equipment, teams and resources, with a focus on safety, operational efficiency, meeting commercial demands, and compliance with technical, legal and regulatory requirements. **Main Responsibilities and Activities** - Plan and coordinate the availability and movement of the crane, truck-mounted crane and support vehicle fleet, aiming to maximize equipment utilization and reduce idle time rates. - Schedule customer service, aligning dates, times, technical specifications of operations, and requirements for human resources and equipment. - Conduct technical analysis of lifting operations, evaluating load capacity, radius, height and operational conditions. - Manage the team of operators, signalmen and support staff, including shift schedules, days off, vacations, overtime bank and reassignments. - Issue, control and monitor operation service orders, ensuring appropriate information feedback for measurement and billing. - Support the measurement department by clarifying questions related to timekeeping records and performing preliminary analysis before submission to the client. - Issue, control and keep updated technical reports for equipment, including ART (Technical Responsibility Record), opacity test reports, liquid penetrant testing (LP) and other required documentation. - Coordinate and monitor employee integration processes at client companies. - Conduct meetings with operators and signalmen for technical, operational and safety alignment. - Maintain 24-hour availability for commercial and operational demands, including nighttime operations and emergency operations on weekends. - Daily control of employee attendance via spreadsheets, ensuring timely closure of overtime hours, travel allowances and compensatory time. - Process daily allowances for external employees or employees on vacation called for emergency activities, including value definition, negotiation and consolidation for settlement. - Consolidate and forward daily allowance, additional payment and compensatory time spreadsheets for payment approval. - Lead daily alignment meetings with Maintenance, Fleet, Purchasing and Commercial departments, starting at 7 a.m. - Monitor logistical and operational performance indicators, preparing and presenting monthly reports. - Plan, budget, schedule and monitor mandatory training and refresher courses required by technical and legal standards. - Define requirements for acquiring PPE and lifting accessories, including type, capacity and quantity. - Request and control the issuance of PPE and lifting accessories through internal controls. - Collaborate closely with Commercial, Maintenance, Occupational Safety, HR, Finance and Purchasing departments. **Authority and Autonomy** Has autonomy to define operational priorities, allocate logistical and additional resources for emergency services in accordance with internal guidelines, and request necessary acquisitions for operations. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** Equipment utilization rate, fleet idle time index, adherence to operational deadlines, document compliance, and efficiency in measurement closure and billing support. **Job Requirements** Experience in logistics and operations involving vertical cargo handling, knowledge of applicable technical and safety regulations, leadership ability, organizational skills, decision-making capability and willingness to work outside regular business hours.
