Job Summary: This is a temporary position that supports research for service, product, and project teams, assists in the development and implementation of non-technical projects, and provides analyses, reports, and internal communication. This is a temporary position. Responsible for conducting and supporting research for teams operating within a service group, product group, and/or project group. Assists in the development, monitoring, coordination, and implementation of non-technical projects as assigned. Provides analytical services, reporting, and internal communication with team members. Develops industry and organizational process knowledge. **OFFICE SUPPORT CAREER PATHWAY:** Individual contributors who provide organizational support-related or service (administrative or clerical) functions for other members within the organization. Most time is spent delivering support services or activities, typically under supervision. **DIFFERENTIATING FACTORS** **Autonomy:** Entry-level position, typically requiring little or no prior experience. Performs well-defined administrative or office tasks. Work is routine and follows standard procedures, under strict supervision. **Organizational Impact:** Works to meet daily objectives with some impact on achieving team-level results, including limited disruption or expense. Job responsibilities follow a defined exit standard or set of delivery procedures. **Innovation and Complexity:** Provides data and information when minor changes are needed based on review. Addresses routine problems with clearly prescribed solutions. **Communication and Influence:** Communicates with contacts normally within immediate work area.
