Job Summary: The Junior Extrusion Process Engineer supports continuous improvement, standardization, and development of production processes, providing support to manufacturing operations. Support continuous improvement, productivity, and waste reduction projects **Position: Junior Process Engineer – Extrusion** We are hiring a Junior Process Engineer to join our Extrusion Process Engineering team, supporting continuous improvement of production processes, operational standardization, development of new processes, and addressing production requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** Support analysis and resolution of process-related issues; Contribute to defining methods, cycle times, and production parameters; Monitor KPIs, collect data, and support statistical studies; Support continuous improvement, productivity, and waste reduction projects; Support the preparation and updating of technical documentation, flowcharts, operating instructions, and FMEA; Support handling of customer complaints and corrective actions; Conduct shop-floor training when implementing new procedures. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Knowledge of industrial processes; Familiarity with quality tools and the PDCA methodology; Knowledge of FMEA; Knowledge of statistical tools; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/projects; Proficiency in SolidWorks; Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel; Basic knowledge of SAP; Familiarity with the 6S methodology; Fundamental understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electricity; Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001; Intermediate English proficiency; Experience in rubber and/or plastic industries will be considered a plus. **Expected Profile:** We seek a proactive, organized, committed, resilient individual with strong communication skills, analytical capability, and interest in working closely with production to contribute to continuous improvement, quality, and process efficiency. Work Shift: **Position for Shift C – Extrusion** Working hours: 2:45 PM to 11:31 PM Schedule: Monday through Saturday, with alternating Saturdays — work one Saturday, off the next.
