DESCRIPTION * Proficiency in architectural software Revit and BIM. * Prepare and review low- and medium-voltage residential electrical installation projects. * Size and specify electrical materials, equipment, and components. * Perform electrical calculations, including demand, load, voltage drop, conductor sizing, and protection device selection. * Prepare single-line, multi-line, and interconnection diagrams. * Define lighting points, outlets, and other devices in accordance with technical standards and architectural layouts. * Ensure compliance with technical standards (e.g., NBR 5410, NBR 14039, and other applicable standards). * Coordinate electrical projects with architectural, hydraulic, and HVAC projects. * Participate in alignment meetings with technical teams, clients, and suppliers. * Support budget preparation and descriptive memoranda. * Suggest improvements for energy efficiency and reduction of operational costs.
