Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace \#1062 Kitchen Assistant * Assist the cook in meal preparation; * Begin menu preparation (mise-en-place); * Separate required ingredients and tools for preparation; * Process food according to the cook's instructions; * Organize and keep the work area clean. * Ensure proper functioning of utensils and work equipment. * Operate deep fryers; * Operate ovens; * Clean and organize kitchen spaces such as shelves, cabinets, and countertops; * Wash cooking pots and service dishes to ensure they are always 100% clean; * Keep the floor constantly clean; * Keep soap dispensers and paper supplies fully stocked.
