* **REQUIREMENT: AGE OVER 18 YEARS**. * Present oneself properly uniformed, with personal hygiene maintained, shaved, hair cut, no extravagant accessories, nails trimmed, wearing caps, boots, and PPE; * Attend morning meetings and obtain daily schedule from supervisor; * Daily: clean equipment and utensils used during work hours, preparation area and cutting table, display cases, tiles, floor, and chambers. Never leave the area unclean; * Keep chamber and shelves for tools and prepared products always clean and organized to better control products, including product descriptions and expiration date monitoring; * Weekly: perform cleaning, wash walls; * Daily check temperatures of counters, islands, and chambers; * Remove products from counters, wash them, and restock; * Restock self-service counters verifying expiration dates, packaging quality, labeling, and pricing; * Change necessary prices and set up appropriate visual communication for promotions; * Maintain counter with adequate quantity and quality of products; * Maintain hygiene and standardization standards required by the department; * Check quantity of self-service products and replenish when necessary; * Check product quality, packaging, label, expiration date, batch, temperature, and product appearance; * Re-package products when necessary, remove unsuitable items or those with expired dates from self-service counters; * Perform PEPS product rotation; * In the supervisor's absence, assist management regarding inventory and sales flow; * Assist in department audits when requested; * Always provide good customer service; * Participate in training sessions.
