El **Asistente de Negocios** ejecutará actividades de atención a las rutinas administrativas de la Unidad y a los clientes del Programa Crediamigo, de acuerdo con las políticas, metodologías y procedimientos administrativos y operativos establecidos por CAMED Microcrédito. Si esta función está alineada con tu propósito profesional, ¡únete a **CAMED MICROCRÉDITO!** **Responsabilidades y atribuciones** Ejecutar actividades administrativas de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos operativos establecidos por CAMED Microcrédito; Atender a los clientes del Programa Crediamigo en todos los canales (físico y digital), conforme a la política de crédito, los procedimientos operativos y las directrices establecidas por CAMED Microcrédito; Brindar información a los clientes sobre los productos y servicios de microfinanzas y el estado de sus propuestas de crédito; Apoyar la comercialización de los productos y servicios ofrecidos por el Programa Crediamigo, conforme a la política de crédito, los procedimientos operativos y las directrices establecidas por CAMED Microcrédito; Apoyar acciones de cobranza, recuperación de clientes desatendidos y prospección de nuevos clientes, conforme a la política de crédito, los procedimientos operativos y las directrices establecidas por CAMED Microcrédito; Registrar en el sistema operativo la información de las propuestas de crédito del cliente Crediamigo, conforme a la política de crédito, los procedimientos operativos y las directrices establecidas por CAMED Microcrédito; Realizar consultas cadastrales de los clientes Crediamigo para garantizar el buen funcionamiento de los procesos operativos; Verificar los documentos necesarios para el registro de los clientes Crediamigo; Enviar las propuestas de crédito al sistema operativo; Seguir en el sistema operativo el estado de las propuestas de crédito; Enviar la documentación solicitada por Cumplimiento Remoto; Apoyar la organización de eventos de la Unidad; Verificar los instrumentos de crédito de las operaciones contratadas, digitalizándolos y guardándolos en la caja fuerte de la Unidad, según corresponda; Realizar la custodia y reubicación de documentos conforme al Plan de Archivo; Apoyar los inventarios de instrumentos de crédito, expedientes y bienes patrimoniales de CAMED Microcrédito; Apoyar las rutinas de personal para su derivación al área de Desarrollo Humano Regional; Ejecutar las rutinas de pagos administrativos de la Unidad; Y otras tareas relacionadas con el área. **Requisitos y calificaciones** **Requisitos obligatorios:** Mayoría de edad (18 años cumplidos); Formación: Educación secundaria completa; Disponibilidad para viajes intermunicipales; Experiencia en rutinas administrativas y atención al cliente; Conocimientos informáticos y paquete Office (Word, Excel y PowerPoint). **Información adicional** **Salario:** Salario base de R$ 1\.717,73; Remuneración variable que puede alcanzar hasta R$ 869,33; Gratificación (el área de Desarrollo Humano la informará durante el proceso selectivo). **Beneficios:** Capacitaciones; Seguro de vida; Plan de salud; Vale transporte; Plan odontológico; Plan de previsión privada; Convenio con instituciones educativas; Programa de incentivo a la salud mediante Wellhub; Auxilio alimentación y auxilio cesta básica, sumando un total de R$ 1\.507,24; Reembolso por guardería/nanny para hijos de hasta 5 años y 11 meses \- R$ 320,38 (valor fijo por hijo); Programa de Calidad de Vida (actuamos con subprogramas de apoyo y cuidado de la salud y el bienestar de nuestros empleados/as, en los ejes físico, emocional y social). **Carga horaria:** 40 horas semanales; **Horario de trabajo:** De 08:00 a 17:00 (lunes a viernes).
