Project Development: Develop, review, and consolidate linear sanitation projects (water supply networks, sewage collection networks, and/or urban drainage), from feasibility studies through to detailed executive design;
* Technical Analysis: Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies, alternative analysis, and definition of design criteria;
* Project Coordination: Coordinate project development with clients, ensuring technical alignment, scope control, and adherence to delivery milestones;
* Resource Management: Manage material and human resources to ensure productivity, technical quality, and timely delivery;
* Legal Compliance: Ensure projects and documentation comply with applicable legislation, standards, and client/concessionaire guidelines;
* Team Coordination: Lead multidisciplinary teams, promoting cross-disciplinary integration, interface resolution, and design coordination;
* Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Identify and apply technologies, methods, and best practices to enhance project efficiency, sustainability, and standardization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering and/or Sanitary Engineering or Civil Engineering;
* Availability to work 40 hours per week;
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, MS Project, WaterCAD, and SewerCAD;
* In-depth knowledge of the sanitation sector is mandatory;
* Ability to coordinate and manage teams;
* Commitment to deliverables, deadlines, and goals;
* Strong technical communication skills for interfacing with clients and multidisciplinary departments.
