Solution- and benefit-focused customer service **LEO MADEIRAS IS HIRING!** ================================== **Location:** Campinas **Department:** Sales * **Work Mode:** On-site **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** ------------------------- * Conduct consultative sales of products, machinery, equipment, and hardware, identifying business opportunities with customers, negotiating sales, and providing technical application support; * Ensure presentation of solutions and products to professional customers, adhering to Leo's Customer Service Standard (PLA), highlighting product and service advantages and benefits; * Perform customer financial checks according to payment methods (checks, bank slips, etc.); * Ensure products purchased by customers are delivered as agreed upon at the time of sale closure (delivery timelines and locations), executing procedures related to your activities accurately and correctly; * Achieve the established sales volume targets for Leo’s product and service lines, serving customers in accordance with Leo's Customer Service Standard (PLA); * Drive customer portfolio growth by prospecting new customers, maintaining updated customer records, managing open quotations, and presenting the benefits of loyalty programs (Amigo Leo); *(This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where results matter!)* **WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:** -------------------------- * Someone who **collaborates closely** * Who solves problems * Who is fully committed * Who delivers results * With completed high school education * Prior experience as a Sales Representative If this is you?
