We are an innovation-driven company committed to discovering new active ingredients, product formulations, and application technologies. **About this position:** In this role, the Technical Commercial Representative will be responsible for managing a mixed customer portfolio for the **Uberlândia/MG** region. **Key responsibilities:** * Manage the geographic territory with focus on FMC’s strategic direction. * Conduct sales in accordance with agreed-upon objectives. * Process and manage all sales orders within the assigned area and ensure required documentation is signed. * Manage pricing and offerings of the FMC product line to end customers. * Access customer and field inventory control reports and take action to reduce inventory levels. * Develop demand generation activities and establish demonstration plots when necessary. * Train channel teams to recommend and apply our products. * Provide technical support during post-sales activities when required. * Maintain professional relationships with research and recommendation bodies in the area of operation, planning offices and consultants, and official agencies. * Engage closely with top growers and key opinion leaders. * Provide information to Sales Planning and Annual Forecast management, as well as participate in the monthly review cycle. * Manage credit and collections, including tracking collection documentation (e.g., guarantees). * Manage expenses according to *budget.* * Issue Agronomic Prescriptions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy. * Active CREA registration. * Complementary courses in agronomy. * Postgraduate degree in Marketing or Agribusiness is desirable. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
