Opportunity for professionals with experience and a higher education degree in IT ### **SUPPORT ANALYST II – TEMPORARY COVERAGE FOR VACATION** **Location:** Campinas/SP **Employment Type:** Temporary Contract – Vacation Coverage **Salary:** R$ 2\.757,54 **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday \| 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM We are looking for a professional to work as a **Support Analyst II**, in a temporary opportunity covering vacation periods, with on-site work in a corporate environment. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Providing technical support to users; * Installing and configuring equipment; * Handling and resolving incidents; * Supporting Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Outlook; * Configuring networks and basic infrastructure; * Logging and tracking service tickets; * Assisting in process improvements and documentation. ### **Requirements:** * Completed higher education degree in IT; * Minimum 3 years of experience in the field; * Knowledge of: * Windows 10/11; * Active Directory; * Office 365; * TCP/IP networks; * Hardware maintenance; * Technical English for reading purposes; * ITIL V4 or higher certification; * MD\-102 or equivalent certification. ### **BENEFITS** **Meal Allowance:** YES **Meal Allowance Amount:** 32.00 **Meal Allowance Deduction:** 20% **Transportation Allowance:** YES **SESC Benefit Program:** YES **Life Insurance:** YES **Health Plan:** YES **Others:** GoGood ### **Desired Profile:** We seek professionals with strong communication skills, professional demeanor, dynamism, organization, and ease in user support.
