Main Responsibilities * **Access Control:** Strict management of entry and exit for residents, visitors, and service providers. * **Monitoring:** Continuous observation of common areas to ensure compliance with security regulations. * **Recordkeeping:** Reporting of incidents and significant activities during the shift. * **Prevention:** Proactive actions to maintain the condominium’s integrity and tranquility. Requirements * **Education:** Completed high school. * **Technology:** Basic computer skills (for recordkeeping and systems). * **Profile:** Vigilant demeanor, responsibility, and strong communication skills. Work Schedule * **Rotation:** 5 days on / 1 day off. * **Shift Hours:** 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (afternoon/night shift).
