Disassembly and assembly of molds **Technical Education:** Machining Mechanics and Mechanical Fitting — Vocational Training Course **Brief Description:** Assist in **metal tooling activities**, as instructed, performing corrective and preventive maintenance on tooling, dies, plastic molds, and fixtures. **Metal Tooling:** · Conduct functional and manual tests on tooling and dies to prevent unplanned interventions. · Make tooling and dies available and store them according to requirements and at pre-established locations, facilitating handling by production areas. · Assist in surface grinding operations, performing grinding of tooling and die components to ensure proper functionality. · Receive and inspect new replacement parts against drawings. **Specific Activities and Responsibilities** · Daily supervision of activities performed by Toolmakers I and II. · Perform disassembly and assembly of molds, as well as cleaning and lubrication thereof, under the supervision of a toolmaker. · Paint/identify tooling and maintain the area clean and organized. · Assist in operating machine tools under the supervision of a toolmaker. · Record daily occurrences manually in a specific software system, providing managerial statistical data for the activity; also record and control replacement parts, monitoring their usage via a dedicated form and identifying the need for fabrication. · Assist in corrective and preventive maintenance of tooling, dies, plastic molds, and fixtures, performing targeted manual or machine-tool interventions to ensure correction and/or prevention of failures. · Perform cleaning and lubrication of tooling, dies, plastic molds, and fixtures using appropriate products to ensure proper operation of these items. **Work Availability: Second Shift** — **2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, or 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Sunday to Friday.** **Benefits:** Notre Dame Health Plan — 20% employee contribution and 80% company contribution (no co-payment), dental plan (fully covered by the company), chartered bus service (R$ 20.28 monthly fee), on-site cafeteria (R$ 48.20 monthly deduction), Gympass extended to dependents, life insurance, meal allowance (R$ 231.57/month), private pension plan, payroll-deducted loan (available after one year of employment).
