Job Summary:
This role supports various HR initiatives, including employee engagement, event organization, recruitment, training, and departmental processes, requiring a proactive and communicative individual.
Key Highlights:
1. Support for GPTW and organizational climate initiatives
2. Event organization and facilitation of PLR (Profit Sharing) programs
3. Recruitment, selection, and training support for employees
**What We Expect From You:**
* Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources.
* Versatile, open-minded, proactive, communicative, and flexible.
**Typical Daily Responsibilities:**
* Support GPTW \- Great Place to Work initiatives (e.g., survey facilitation, letter distribution, culture audit, collection of committee signatures).
* Implement climate-related activities.
* Assist in organizing store events (e.g., plenary meetings, year-end parties, etc.).
* Facilitate the Profit Sharing and Results Plan (PP and PPLR \- e.g., plenary sessions, pin distribution).
* Support recruitment and selection (e.g., redesigning the selection process, conducting some interviews).
* Deliver training for employees (e.g., onboarding multiplier sessions, coffee chats, tracking schedules).
* Monitor store KPIs (e.g., hour bank, overtime, absenteeism).
* Support HR administrative processes (e.g., onboarding documents, leave schedules, meal vouchers, uniform and PPE distribution and tracking).
