**Brief Description:**
Support automotive project development processes, specifically the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), assisting in document preparation and evaluation of requirements necessary for customer approval of new products (primarily vehicle OEMs and major Tier-1 component manufacturers).
This role involves regular interaction with Manufacturing (assembly, plastic injection, stamping), Metrology, Laboratory, Sales, SGI, other group units, as well as suppliers and customers.
**Specific Activities and Responsibilities:**
Participate in new product development processes by attending APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) meetings to jointly make decisions with the cross-functional development team and reduce PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) submission time to customers.
Participate in and support the creation of process workflows and their interactions with existing processes, contributing to workflow development while ensuring adherence and compliance.
Develop a broad understanding of the business at the development unit, including customer and supplier needs, and handle project-related matters with them to ensure internal and external collaboration.
Coordinate PPAP-related matters with affiliated companies, maintaining clear and consistent communication to produce complete documentation for local customer PPAP submissions.
Study PPAP submission documents for customers, working collaboratively with peers in Quality to learn and ensure correct PPAP submissions to customers.
