Working hours management: Maintaining electronic timekeeping systems. Benefits administration: Operational execution and control via system, including purchase requests. Document organization: Managing and updating physical and digital employee files. Institutional representation: Acting as the company's legal representative before labor unions, public agencies, and audits. Employee support: Providing direct assistance to staff for clarification of inquiries. Internal policies: Disseminating policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct during onboarding. Talent acquisition: Executing recruitment processes as needed. Training: Administering the Annual Training Program. HR metrics: Generating turnover, absenteeism, and headcount reports.
