Support for meetings and resident registry management **Main Responsibilities:** * In-person, telephone, and email support to residents and building managers; * Recording and tracking of requests, complaints, and administrative matters; * Organizing and archiving physical and digital documents; * Issuing payment slips, managing payments, and supporting condominium financial administration; * Preparing administrative reports and internal announcements; * Assisting in organizing condominium meetings and assemblies; * Maintaining and updating resident registries; * Supporting other office departments as needed **Desired Qualifications:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational ability and attention to detail; * Basic knowledge of administrative procedures; * Proficiency in customer service and digital tools. **Advantages:** * Prior experience in customer service
