If you are organized, enjoy maintaining common areas, and interact easily with people, this opportunity may be right for you. ### **About the Position:** The professional will be responsible for overseeing the condominium’s daily operations, ensuring organization, cleanliness, maintenance of common areas, and providing support to residents, the building manager, and the property management company. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and inspect cleaning, security, and maintenance services; * Perform minor repairs and request maintenance as needed; * Inspect common areas, equipment, and condominium facilities; * Support the building manager, property management company, and residents with daily requests; * Control access of service providers and deliveries; * Ensure condominium organization and smooth operation; * Enforce internal regulations and safety standards. ### **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a concierge, building supervisor, or in similar roles; * Basic knowledge of building maintenance (plumbing, electrical systems, and minor repairs); * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Organizational skills, responsibility, and proactivity; * Easy access to the job location is a plus. **We value diversity!** **RS SERVIÇOS** encourages applications from **People with Disabilities (PCDs), Young Apprentices, Foreigners, People aged 50+, LGBTQIAPN+, Black, Brown, and Indigenous individuals**.
