We are continuously growing and increasingly need **people passionate** about making a difference in people’s daily lives! **Your Key Responsibilities:** **Objective** Sell telecommunications plans/services to achieve and exceed established targets; **Responsibilities** * Negotiate and sell telecommunications plans and solution projects by phone, e-mail, and/or external visits to active customers in the database; * Enter information—including proposals and related projects—into the system; * Prepare and submit weekly activity reports, sales funnel updates, and work schedules to your immediate supervisor; * Accurately provide requested documents and contracts to the Contracts department; * Perform routine customer service activities while maintaining the highest quality of service, interacting proactively to resolve inquiries and provide accurate information; * Renew and retain contracts of active customers whose agreements are scheduled to expire, ensuring their continued presence in the database and conversion to new solutions and business improvements; * Monitor activation progress of sold circuits to support timely delivery; * Identify customer needs and propose additional services/solutions capable of satisfying those needs; * Conduct sales shifts at trade fairs and events, when required, to develop new business opportunities; * Study market trends jointly with your immediate supervisor to discuss innovation strategies for business development and improvement; * Suggest new service lines to your immediate supervisor based on needs expressed by current customers and the broader business market; * Contribute data to improve departmental processes and policies, submitting monthly reports to your immediate supervisor; **Requirements** * Completed Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Advertising, or related fields. * Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet, and PowerPoint; * Experience with ERP systems; * Familiarity with the entire sales funnel. **Preferred Qualifications** * Technical course in Sales; * Technical course in Negotiation;
