Analyze and investigate all incidents/accidents occurring at the company’s business units and propose preventive measures; develop and implement standards and procedures; monitor and implement statistics and indicators for controlling HSE (Safety \& Health Environment) programs. What are the requirements? • Technical Course in Occupational Safety with registration at DRT; • Experience in routine Occupational Safety activities; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, First Aid, and Firefighting. Basic knowledge of environmental-related topics is a plus; • Easy access to the Cordovil/RJ region and mobility; Among your main responsibilities, you will: • Plan specific trainings, educational campaigns, and implementation of corporate programs; • Develop and deliver corporate and systemic trainings; • Collaborate with various departments to identify and improve inadequate working conditions, proposing measures to minimize accident risks; • Develop methodologies for corporate-level analysis of the HSE (Safety \& Health Environment) program; • Advise the management team on HSE (Safety \& Health Environment) matters; • Prepare sites for internal and external audits; • Participate in meetings with various departments / clients as a technical advisor and opinion leader in occupational engineering and medicine; • Coordinate management of contracts with service providers and third parties related to the HSE (Safety \& Health Environment) area; • Investigate causes of accidents and incidents; • Participate in developing standards and reporting key indicators of the area; • Develop, evaluate, and participate in the occupational hygiene program, PGR (Risk Management Program), and PCMSO (Occupational Health Surveillance Program); • Establish, set up, train, and supervise CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee); • Participate in the company’s ergonomics management program; • Recommend technical actions for internal process adjustments and improvements, with a focus on safety;**Requirements** -------------- Technical Course in Occupational Safety with registration at DRT; • Experience in routine Occupational Safety activities; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, First Aid, and Firefighting.
