**Requirements:** * **High school diploma** * **Valid driver's license (CNH)** * **Flexible availability** * Ensure cargo integrity, service quality, and compliance with pickup and delivery deadlines. * Comply with safety standards and work integrated with all departments for continuous process improvement. * Issue documents such as OC DACTE, AWB, labels, cargo manifest, JAD, CTE, PIN, and others as required. * Verify invoice data and request corrections from the Sales team in case of discrepancies. * Import EDI messages into the E\-Cargo system and review issued documents. * Record and report non-conformities (including photos), open SM and RNC when necessary. * Report outstanding volume and e-invoice issues to responsible parties. * Support supervision in identifying operational failures and analyzing risks and opportunities. * Contribute to improvement actions and operational performance management.
