**Job Description**

**Main Responsibilities:**
* Perform detailed assembly of components, motors, generators, and subassemblies, including rotors, stators, bearings, and housings;
* Prepare, adjust, and operate machines (conventional/CNC) and presses, performing setup and technical release of first pieces.
* Carry out stamping, welding, brazing, and winding processes (forming, insulation, impregnation, and varnishing);
* Inspect parts using measuring instruments and self-control criteria to ensure technical compliance;
* Identify defects, implement necessary adjustments, and escalate deviations to support areas (Engineering/Quality);
* Ensure strict completion of production and quality records to guarantee traceability;
* Promote continuous improvement, 5S, and safety, and provide technical support and training to other colleagues.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Completed high school education;
* Availability to work the shift from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
**Desired Qualifications:**
* Experience in motor and stator manufacturing.
