Develop and mentor high-performance teams Act as the technical and strategic leader of the development area, ensuring excellence in delivering digital products through modern engineering practices, scalable architecture, and high-performance team management. **Technical and Management Responsibilities:** . Lead the full software development lifecycle (planning, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring); . Define and evolve system architecture — microservices, APIs, messaging, data pipelines, and platform integrations; . Ensure engineering standards, version control, automation, and DevOps practices (CI/CD, observability, infrastructure as code); . Support complex technical decisions by defining technology guidelines, tech stack, and system design; . Supervise code reviews, definition of unit and automated tests, and branch and merge policies; . Manage application performance and availability, implementing SLO/SLI metrics and continuous monitoring; . Collaborate with Architecture, Security, Product, and Infrastructure teams to ensure technical and business alignment; . Drive continuous improvement in the development process, reducing technical debt and increasing operational efficiency; . Develop and mentor Tech Leads, Mid-level and Senior Engineers, promoting the team’s technical growth; . Participate in strategic technology decisions, scalability planning, and digital product roadmaps. **Requirements:** . Strong knowledge of modern programming languages (Node.js, Java, .NET, Go, Python, etc.); . Experience with distributed architectures, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containers (Docker, Kubernetes); . Proficiency in API-based integrations (REST, GraphQL) and messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS); . Advanced knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch); . Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK Stack); . Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, build and deployment automation (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI); . Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and product management practices. **Desired Profile:** . Strong technical background with architecture and software engineering vision; .
