Hybrid work model, offering flexibility to balance your routine. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of video recording; * Proficiency in operating DSLR/Mirrorless cameras; * Understanding of framing and composition; * Practical knowledge of lighting (natural and artificial); * Knowledge of audio recording; * Video editing skills; * Familiarity with software such as Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, CapCut. **Responsibilities:** * Video shooting according to briefing; * Setup and operation of video, audio, and lighting equipment; * Content planning with the team, including objectives, target audience, and video formats; * Video editing following the company's visual and narrative standards; * Recording of events, lectures, and on-location shoots; * Adapting videos for different formats (Reels, YouTube, etc.); * Aligning requirements with leadership and other involved departments; * Organizing equipment before and after each shoot; * Collaborating with other videomakers and team members. Compensation: R$2.500,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote work based in Campinas, SP
