**Position**: Permanent **Salary**: R$ 4,000.00 **Benefits**: Chartered transportation or transportation allowance; Basic food basket (employee must bring their own meal); Hazardous work allowance R$ 303.00; Attendance bonus R$ 100.00 **Residence requirement**: Itu and Salto **Working hours**: Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 3:48 PM, or Monday to Friday, from 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM (with a 1-hour break) **Requirements**: Technical or higher education degree in Quality, Production, or related fields; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; Proficiency in measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.; Knowledge of quality tools including Pareto charts, Statistical Process Control (SPC), FMEA, Ishikawa (fishbone) diagrams, and PDCA cycle **Preferred qualification**: Basic knowledge of machining and finishing **Responsibilities**: * Monitor the performance of deburring operators during channel cutting, deburring, blasting, and finishing of parts * Coordinate Final Inspection, Painting, and Internal Transportation of parts * Request maintenance for machines * Perform part identification and define standard parts for deburring * Prepare shipping manifests (Romaneio) * Provide guidance on key points to accelerate part deburring * Identify defective parts and forward them to the Production Control and Planning (PCP) department * Instruct team members on company regulations, work procedures, safety protocols, and other job-related matters * Identify root causes of equipment malfunctions and promptly arrange necessary repairs * Supervise workplace organization, hygiene, and cleanliness to maintain a conducive working environment * Collect production data for input into the company’s operational system * Input data and record production outputs into the designated software program Type of position: CLT Permanent Position Compensation: R$ 4,000.00 per month Benefits: * Basic food basket * Life insurance * Transportation voucher Education: * Completed Technical Education (Mandatory) Experience: * Quality Analyst (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site
