**Job Description:**
* Develop, review, and update procedures, work instructions, and quality standards, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
* Identify, record, and track nonconformities, proposing and monitoring corrective, preventive, and improvement actions.
* Apply quality tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa Diagram, PDCA, 5W2H, among others) to analyze problems, failures, and opportunities for optimization.
* Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators (rejection rate, rework, returns, customer satisfaction), ensuring data-driven decision making.
* Support the execution of internal and external audits, including customer and certification audits (ISO, among others).
* Collaborate with departments such as Production, Maintenance, PCP, and Logistics to promote standardization, control, and continuous process improvement.
* Issue technical reports, inspection reports, and quality certificates, as required.
* Conduct operational training on quality and good manufacturing practices, reinforcing an organizational culture focused on excellence.
* Handle customer complaints, coordinating with Customer Service (SAC) and proposing effective solutions.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to increased efficiency, cost reduction, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
* Technical or undergraduate degree (in progress) in Quality, Chemistry, Production Engineering, or related fields
**Working Hours:**
* Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday: until 4:30 PM\.
Compensation: starting from R$2\.700,00 per month
