Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning and controlling inventory, scheduling maintenance activities, analyzing procurement needs, and managing the Maintenance Department's performance. Prior experience in this role is required. **Responsibilities:** Receive work orders, analyze parts used and procurement needs to plan and control inventory; Collaborate with the team to review machine maintenance records to schedule preventive maintenance and develop machine lubrication plans; Analyze procurement needs and submit requests to the Purchasing Department; Schedule visits with technical consultants for parts procurement; Measure the Maintenance Department's performance and establish necessary KPIs for monitoring; Prepare results presentations for Management; Develop maintenance technicians' activity schedules aligned with equipment shutdowns predefined by PCP, as well as structure activities during emergency equipment shutdowns; Ensure departmental cost control aligned with the annual budget / Spending Plan; Monitor third-party services, including adherence to scheduled intervals, invoices, and executed services; Develop tools for maintenance control and management; Support implementation of the maintenance software; Supervise the activities of Assistants/Apprentices; Develop a maintenance plan for equipment.
