Job Summary: Responsible for electrical, hydraulic, painting, finishing, and structural repairs to ensure proper functionality and aesthetic appeal of facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Electrical and hydraulic maintenance. 2. Painting, finishing, and structural repairs. 3. Relevant experience in the field is required. Electrical Maintenance: Replacing light bulbs, outlets, and performing basic electrical installation repairs. Hydraulic and Sanitation Systems: Repairing pipes, faucets, and sanitation systems to ensure proper operation. Painting and Finishing: Performing aesthetic repairs, such as wall painting, touch-ups, and surface finishing.
