Job Summary: Responsible for designing and reviewing hydraulic and sanitary installation projects, managing documentation, and supporting the drafting team. Key Highlights: 1. Design and review of hydraulic and sanitary installation projects 2. Management of specifications and material takeoffs 3. Leadership and support for drafters and interns Responsible for designing hydraulic and sanitary installation projects for residential and commercial buildings, performing revisions based on feedback, preparing specifications and material takeoffs, delegating tasks, and assisting drafters and interns. * Currently pursuing a Technical or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields; * Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD; * Basic knowledge of Revit; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy; * Two years of experience in building services design or construction projects.
